Application of homocysteine along with Salidroside could suppress all of the above effects of homocysteine.Conclusion: We conclude that homocysteine on HUVEC cells with distinct morphological changes, can inhibit the growth and proliferation of HUVEC, and vascular endothelial cells. Salidroside role in the induced reversible morphogenesis of HUVEC cells can change to inhibit HUVEC apoptosis is inhibited apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells one of the main mechanisms. Further suggesting that it may inhibit the occurrence of atherosclerosis or the development of an important role, not only to study the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease provides further clues, and the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is important.
